My goal was to improve my running and we accomplished that with outdoor trainings. He is always able to accommodate to different locations, which made the sessions both interesting and varied. When I injured my knee (playing football), we switched to indoor gym session to rehabilitate my knee. This displayed his versatility as well as knowledge of training techniques.
The sessions are always challenging, but never a chore. I particularly like that he runs with me to set the pace. Through that, I was able to push harder and see results quickly.
